This October, get into the spirit of the season with Ghouls’ Night Out, returning over two weekends, October 24-25, and 29-30 from 6 p.m. – 9 p.m. and Ghosts and Gourmet on November 2nd.

Ghouls’ Night Out is perfect for families with little ghouls, who are looking for a fun, safe night out.  Evening activities include a Halloween dance, crafts, stories and games, a pumpkin patch, plus much more!

Brand new attractions at this year’s event include a colourful Dia de los Muertos celebration, a ghost train and monster photo parlour.

Returning favourites will have ghouls of all ages learning to fly at Broomhilda’s Skyscrapers Flying Academy, wandering through a haunted Tinkerman’s Toy Shop, joining in with the flash mob dancers, and having a wonderfully weird tea party with the Mad Hatter.

Dress for the weather, and in costume, and make sure to bring your cameras and flashlights!

Tickets are on sale and going fast!  Tickets for ages 13+ are $10.25; ages 3-12 are $6.15 and children two and under are free.  Tickets are available by calling 403-268-8500 or at

Big ghouls can enjoy an evening of delectable dining and spooky stories at Ghosts and Gourmet. Due to sell out numbers the first two nights, we have added one additional night, November 2.

Indulge in a ‘to-die-for’ three-course dinner at the elegant Wainwright Hotel followed by a guided walking ghost tour down the darkened streets of Heritage Park.  Enjoy an evening of spirited tale telling and meet the fascinating, permanent residents of the Park, if you dare.

Cocktails begin at 6 p.m. with dinner at 6:45 p.m. and the walking ghost tour to follow. Guests have a choice of chicken or beef for their entrée. Please wear appropriate shoes and dress for the weather, as the walking tour will be outdoors. Tickets are $65.95 + GST per person. Call 403-268-8500 to order yours before they disappear…
