The National Tour Association’s (NTA) monthly publication, Courier magazine, has honoured Alberta with a gold Distinguished Dozen award in the category of ‘favourite destination for an adventure experience’. In the same category a three-way tie for silver was awarded to the destinations of South Africa, New York State and Wyoming.
The awards are based on a survey of NTA’s tour operators and honour NTA member destinations or tour suppliers in twelve different categories.
Recipients of Distinguished Dozen were recognized at a special awards luncheon on January 24 during this year’s NTA Marketplace in Orlando, FL. Alberta is also featured in the February edition of Courier magazine.
