Time to visit your local ski shop and get your planks waxed! Early snowfall this year means that both Nakiska and Mount Norquay are ready to get  lifts running, setting the stage for what’s sure to be a powdery year for skiing in Alberta!

Fun fact: This is Mount Norquay’s earliest opening in the mountain’s history, with a base of 30cm of natural and manmade snow.
